Hei til alle de norske leserne!

I'd just like to say hello to the Norwegians who have been reading here lately. I don't know how you found me; perhaps you're looking for my lefse recipe or want to know why Norwegian Americans are obsessed with the stuff?

Also, pardon my translation, if it's incorrect. I only speak Swedish, so I used an online translator for the title.

Hello to the Norwegian armchairs?

Maybe my Norwegian-English phrasebook is out-of-date.

Your Norske-Engelske phrase book is just wrong. "Leserne" is "readers" or "the readers." "Armchair" in Norwegian is "armchair."

Also, grandma lied when she said she spoke Norwegian. She also tried to tell me she spoke Swedish, but I don't think she understood that they're two vaguely similar but mostly different languages.

Oh, also, there are two official languages in Norway; one is only spoken in very rural areas and is nearly obsolete--maybe that's what grandma was speaking. Two languages separate from the Lapp language, that is, for a grand total of 3. Heck of a lot of languages for a country the size of California.
